Have you noticed that there are just some days when things stack up in your mind and it gets busy up there? There are so many things buzzing around in your mind you don't know which one to start with, or worse still, you have no motivation to start any of them. Even so, there is still a part of you that just does not seem able to let it go. It is 'dog with a slipper syndrome', you wrestle with it over and over until eventually you you get it, it isn't going to happen today!
There are bound to be times when you find yourself in a place that is less than productive. You probably feel like you 'should' or 'could' be doing something. An internal rule book dictates that you need to tread the hamster wheel of your mind a few more times and make yourself feel really bad that you haven't done what you set out to do before you stop making yourself crazy.
Relax....when you look at it tomorrow or the next day, you will have a new outlook and renewed energy to 'do' again. You need to remember that good or bad, everything..........yes everything moves on! If you are not in a place today to make miracles happen, then you will be tomorrow or the next day. This is not intended as a cop out or a way of letting yourself off the hook for just kicking back, it is intended as an insight for those of us who make big or unreasonable demands upon ourselves and need to be reminded that everything moves on and there will be an ideal time to get finished whatever is taking up your valuable mind space.
