Equilibrium

As a coach I work with my clients to make sure that they have equilibrium in 7 key areas of their life:

  1. Health & Well-Being
  2. Physical Environment
  3. Wealth
  4. Career
  5. Fun & Recreation
  6. Relationships
  7. Contribution

Over the next couple of weeks I am going to take each of these areas and give you an overview of how you can evaluate your current position and then determine where you want to get to.

Remember that every single action that you take will either move you closer to, or further away from where you really want to be.  The next two weeks will help you to focus on your own life and how you can make some small changes that will make a big difference.  Learning to take regular actions in each of the 7 key life areas will ensure that you keep the important things on your radar and pay attention to the things that may have been neglected. 

Action

Print this blog out and then take a pen and award yourself a score of satisfaction between 0 and 10 for each of the key areas.  10 being most satisfied and 0 being totally unsatisfied.  That is all you need to do for today.  Tomorrow we will look at health & well-being.  It is of course by design that this appears first as without these, very little else is possible.  See you tomorrow.
